Sold-out products are generally removed from our website. Pre-order items typically take 25–30 days for delivery.

How will I know if my order is placed successfully?

You will receive both an email confirmation and a WhatsApp message once your order has been placed.

Once your order is dispatched, we will share a tracking number with you via email. You can use it to check the status on our courier partner’s website.

Can I cancel my order?

Cash on Delivery orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. For prepaid orders, you can request a return after receiving the product by contacting our WhatsApp helpline.

Items can be returned in their original condition with tags intact. We offer a store credit that can be used anytime within 3 months from the date of issue.

What if I receive a wrong or damaged product?

If you receive the wrong size, design, or a damaged product, kindly email care@nimbarjaipur.com with a photograph. We will arrange for an exchange at no extra cost.
