Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact.
The return shipping cost (INR 200/-) will be borne by the customer.
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
For exchanges, we issue store credit that can be redeemed anytime within 3 months from the date of issuance.
Once the returned goods are processed, store credit will be issued for the product value minus shipping charges.
Discounted products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.
Pre-order products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
You may return any unused item in new condition, or any item that arrives damaged.
Exceptions: Accessories, customized styles, pre-order products, and stitched blouses are not eligible for return or exchange.
Any returned product that does not meet the above conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost. No refund or store credit will be issued in such cases.
Purchases made from third-party stores or websites (other than Nimbar Jaipur) must be returned directly through that retailer.
Since most of our products are handmade by local artisans, slight variations in design are part of the charm and uniqueness. Clearance or sale products may have minor defects.
