• The recipient should not accept delivery if the package is damaged, tampered with, or appears empty.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Standard dispatch takes 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

• International shipping costs vary depending on product weight and dimensions.

• Prepaid orders within India qualify for free delivery.

• COD orders within India incur a flat shipping fee of ₹120.

Taxes & Duties

• All VAT, import duties, and local taxes for international orders are payable directly by the customer at the time of delivery.

• These charges are not included in the product price and vary based on destination country regulations.

International Shipping

• Customized orders require an additional 7–8 working days for dispatch.

• Pre-order products take up to 45 days to dispatch and are not eligible for discounts.

• Estimated international delivery time: 20–25 working days after dispatch.

• Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.

Return & Cancellation for Shipped Orders

• For eligible returns, a credit note will be issued, redeemable within 90 days.

• Returned items must be unused, with tags and invoice intact, and will undergo a strict quality check by our team.

Shipping Charges

• Prices on our website are exclusive of shipping fees (unless specified).

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• If an incorrect address is provided, any additional courier charges for re-shipment will be borne by the customer.
